Diary: Pep-Talk

I've been working hard in the past few weeks - overtime with early starts and late finishes. I'm feeling rather fragile. So it was very nice to hear from a colleague "Hey, thanks for the good work".

Which was a lot more encouraging than another colleague's comment "We've all got to do a little bit more to help *name of colleague on bereavement leave*. I've been working overtime in the past year I've started".
